We started the day off by joining the online walk-in hour with Jolijn and Nils. We wanted to ask a few questions about our timeline and about our cost benefit analysis.
What I really appreciate about these walk-in hours, is that the teachers really take the time for us. Although it is only one hour a week, we are usually one of the only ones attending it and therefore we get all the attention.
Jolijn gave us some tips about the timeline and emphasized that we really need to make it useful for the stakeholders. Thus, we need to switch our perspective and try to put ourselves in their shoes. For the cost benefit analysis, she advised us to look into forecasting and base our graphs and analyses on that.
The rest of the day, we worked on investigating Excel analyses and doing research on how to implement this into our Excel file.
Additionally, we wrote out a script for our video which we are going to shoot on Wednesday and we discussed the other preparations.
