Today we focused again on the cost benefit analysis. We did research on all the costs and benefits and started working on a draft analysis. However, we find it really difficult to come up with the actual costs associated with our solution, because it is all a hypothesis.
Therefore, we send Jolijn a message to ask if it is possible to arrange another walk-in hour this week, since it was a holiday yesterday and the walk-in hour was cancelled. She responded really enthusiastically and was happy with our proactive attitude. There is now another walk-in hour planned for Thursday, so we will definitely attend that.
Some feedback we received from Brigitte during our meeting last week was that we do not ask critical enough questions and sometimes even (unconsciously) direct them into a specific answer. Therefore, we revisited our target group to talk to them again about our most promising solutions and focused on receiving not only positive but also negative feedback.
This was really insightful and it helped us realize wat the advantages and disadvantages of the solutions are.
